Garage / Unit Hire - Leeds

I'm in need of a medium sized garage or unit with a plug socket or two for a few days so I can correct the paintwork on my car. A tap that I could connect my pressure washer up to would be a bonus and a 2/4 post lift would be the icing on the cake. Does anyone know of anywhere suitable in Leeds? I'm based near Headingley/Kirkstall but happy to travel. I've asked around but all my mates who have garages have filled them with the usual household crap.
