Good afternoon,

I have a student property in Hull. I've just been told by the guy I have managing it (very poorly) that he has accepted a full-time job and as a result will not be available during the day.

He has a tenant due to move in on Saturday, but does anyone know of a decent letting agent in or near Hull which may take on the property?

Thanks. It's a stab in the dark, I know, but worth a try.

This is the Hull University rating system for accommodation, find good ratings and use that to find the letting agent that manage things well.

Thank you for the above responses and apologies for not replying earlier!

The aforementioned property is currently on the market with one of the national chains. I am however, fed up with lack of contact from the agent about viewings having been booked, post-viewing feedback and never being able to speak to people in the office who have ever *been into* the property, so therefore make assumptions about the property. This week, the "seems like damp" is now "the damp issue is very bad" yet I had it rectified two weeks ago.

I would like a decent agent and wondered if anyone had any recommendations? The main issue is that the house is in Hull and I am in London.

Thanks!

Thank you!
I shall look them up again if I end up having to rent out the property once more.

Hi
If your stuck for a second opinion on damp extra , give me an email as Im generally in hull once a week. I have a number of properties I let out, not in hull , but goole, howden, Snaith etc . I’m a retired builder. I wouldn’t do any of the jobs but if there I would have a look for you and make sure that your not having your leg lifted.
