We really struggled 2 or 3 years ago to get a local plumber to replace our boiler. They either didn't return our call/calls, came up with BS excuses for not providing a quote, or were just ridiculously expensive. In the end we used a chap from Leeds (brother-in-law of a mate) who did a great job
