Garage - Leeds (East/ North Leeds preferable)

Hi,

New-ish to Leeds and looking for a respectable garage to service my gf's Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Found a local Alfa Specialist but the prices are pretty steep with an oil change costing around £120 which I think is a fairly high especially compared to our old alfa specialist in Sheffield.

It doesn't have to be an alfa specialist but this would be preferred so that they can properly reset the service lights etc but I'm open minded really, any suggestions are appreciated.

Have you tried Turin Motors in Leeds? Been going for years and used to do a good job for a fair price whenever I needed them - although the fact they looked after our Y10, HF turbo and Integrale says a bit about how long ago it was!

Malcolm was the gaffer but I think his son Chris runs it now.

Turin motors was the specialist I was speaking about, I'm sure they are great and will be using them for most things but their cost for an oil change & MOT seems pretty steep so trying to look elsewhere seen as they are fairly generic service items.

£120 for an oil change AND an mot doesn't sound that bad to me at all.

If you don't mind getting to Kirkstall Road, try Chris at 'Carwurx' http://www.carwurx.co.uk/contact/ . Plus he's into his old Frenchies so if you need stuff on your 182 looking at etc.

No think it was £124 for an oil change and then £50 or so for the MOT. Like i said i dont mind paying for specialists for a full service and the like but just for an oil change seems pointless.

Dont have a 182 but will give the guy on kirkstall road a ring thanks!

Further out, Lessian Motors in Ilkley if you fancy a run out.

Gone with Turin Motors (Alfa Specialist) in the end just to see how they are as it'll be getting all it's regular servicing etc there so may as well test the waters.
