Yes, I've had one of my cars there for the last year.
I'd say on the whole it is a very good service / place.
From my perspective:
Pros
VERY secure. I never, ever have any worry at all about the security. I won't go into specific details for obvious reasons but if someone wanted to nick a car from there they'd have to be some kind of magician.
Dry / moisture free - no concerns about leaving a car there without a pod/airchamber etc although I do use an air chamber.
Cons
Not a particularly great location for me, though obviously different depending on where you live
The cost is high.
Access times are not good. The place only operates Mon-Fri office hours. No way of deciding on a weekend morning you want to collect the car and go for a spin, simply not an option.
In my opinion it is great for someone looking to store a valuable car who only uses it every month or so. Any more frequent use will be a pain in the backside.
The chap who runs it is a properly good bloke too.
In summary: expensive but they do provide the service and security to warrant the price.

Wow quick reply thanks...
Cool thats kind of what I wanted confirming. Ill only need access every few weeks so dealing with office hours shouldn't be too much of an issue.
Agreed on the price I dont think its too bad considering what they offer. An alternative for me might be to rent a garage but ill only worry about the car when I away.

Did you find an alternative?
I do have temporary storage but won't be forever. That place couldnt be an option as I've got 5 cars in storage at the moment and even on the bottom price is be shelling £1500 a year. I have been talking to the guy that runs Harrogate interiors and they have a very large warehouse in Kirby Overblow and he's thinking about converting that if there's enough demand. I'm sure if we had a decent few cars to put in there the prices would be competitive.
I dont use them so cannot comment but they do store lots of nice cars

Tony who runs Yorkshire Car Storage is a really nice chap but I have never used the storage.
I had to store my car a couple of years ago and there didn't seem to be much around then. I think there was some in Leeds but it was stupidly expensive. I ended up using a chap in Northallerton but it was just a lock up and not heated or anything. In the end I had trouble getting hold of the guy to get my car back and wasn't a happy bunny, although up until then I had been happy. Cost about £75 a month then.
Having the car sat around in those conditions didn't do it any good and it cost a fair bit to get it all sorted when I put it back on the road.

PheonixUK (Rich) and I are both looking for something local to us & were already wondering if there was more interest near the M18/M62 area.
Have to make a couple of enquiries about small industrial units. Let me know if you're interested.
I'm also looking for storage around the M18 / M62 area and may look to make one in if the cost fitted. Have to make a couple of enquiries about small industrial units. Let me know if you're interested.
I would need daily access to storage however as the cars are used for my business though.
Drop me a PM if that suits.
