Ten Of The Best is a competition held at Elvington each year where all the fast modified cars (some vipers of here go) an settle scores. IIRC there are 3 disciplins you have to complete and you are scored on this:

top speed over 1.25 miles of run way
drag over 1/4 mile
and timed round a twisty handling circuit.

There are a few thousand spectators!

It's a completely different animal to the rs4. It's not as raw, but I do now know how Han Solo felt when he went in to hyper drive or whatever it was in star wars.
