Yes the Tuscan went on Friday evening just short of two weeks advertising, bit gutted but it went to a top bloke, RAF fast jet navigator based at Leeming. (managed to scare him on the test drive so either its really quick or i'm a driving god - make up your own minds) He saw three in a day liked the colour combo on mine and said yes stright away - haggled a bit on the price no problem really as I got it for such a bargain in the first place so lost next to nothing. applying for jobs at the min so thats taking up quite a bit of time - oh and Steph has me on this nutritional diet/exercise regieme "The Bodydoctor" - its really good but very difficult. Don't want to be two fat porkers on our wedding day - decided to swop the Tuscan for a six pack.
You will have to take me for a spin in the ferrari when you get it. - take care

I've just bought that book, I hope it doesn't mean I have to sell the car to get back into shape.....
Anyone for a rice cake and a workout...
Don't worry about selling the Tuscan but do get used to no dairy no wheat and no booze. The case studdies are great and the science part of the diet also helps to get you in the right mind set.
You get used to it, honestly, and to be honest i will be doing most of it for years to come, the exercises are good and I feel much better for it (only 3 weeks mind). I've lost 9lb's and feel more toned. - Sorry I sound like a right bible basher (the bible according to David Marshall) Good luck

Let the thread hijack commence......
I think the only bit I'll find really hard is the lack of alcohol, but I'm prepared to give it a try for 6 weeks.
Are you doing the workout at home or in a gym? I was thinking about getting a personal trainer for one session, I'm sure I won't do the individual workouts properly - are they as tricky as they seem to be? Oh yeah, and I haven't mentioned that I HATE the gym, give me a bat, ball and a runaround anyday.
I thought the case studies were good but it is great to see that it is working 'in real life'. Keep it up. we need to see before and after pictures.

I'm doing the workout at home. We use the gym ball thingy and it’s really good.
Start off with light weights to get the technique right, we took turns the first couple of times and watched each other doing the individual exercises, comparing the actions to the pictures. It doesn't take long to get it right but you do need to do them slowly, I tended to rush. Don't forget to do them in order. The stomach ones are a killer but get easier.
We have found the shopping bill has gone up quite a bit, but it’s worth it. On an evening we have our mixed nuts mixed with natural yog, and lots of fruit (try the different flavors for a bit of variety).
How did you two come across the plan?
We saw the "You are what you eat" programmes on C4, so I looked on Amazon for the book but it wasn't available yet, and stumbled across the bodydoctor. (Had great reviews). I was mainly interested in eating properly but any exercise helps.
Little things I’ve noticed along the way:
I sleep better at night
I wake up better no more hour long snooze attacks
I can concentrate for longer
The multivitamins I take turn my pee lime green
Clothes already fit better
I have lots more energy
Did get headaches for the first couple of days - due to cutting out tea and coffee - try fruit and herbal teas.
I'm enjoying the plan - didn't think I would but the results are dramatic - I'm already looking more toned
Is there any money on the competition between you both to spice things up?
Good luck
