Do you remember this thread?

Are any of you planning to go? Looks like there could be some nice roads on the way.

Depending on how my various errands go, be nice to take the Tuscan down to the Peak District

Can Andy post some directions up?

Would be nice to pop by, but my atlas has got a big empty space between Matlock and Crich.

Nothing

You don't think I'd have swapped the Griff without you all hearing rather a lot about it for rather a long time do you?

I have one for a days test drive.

Was planning on doing Goodwood that weekend, but could easily be persuaded to come out to play on the Saturday - it's only about 10 miles up the road for me. Even have the car back at the moment for a couple of weeks inbetween part 1 and part 2 of the engine rebuild.

I've stopped planning my trips around Shell stations... it's now down to Mobil 1 availability.

Doubt it.. Make sure you let us know before you swap it. Might be a few lurkers with the urge for a wee bit more power..

Have to agree with that, I am working in the morning but hopefully should be able to sprint back across the '62 in time to catch up with anyone else planning to do it.....

Will do - it's in at the moment having full new carpets in slightly more contrast than mid-grey leather over mid-grey vinyl over mid-grey carpets

I dropped Andy and email earlier this week saying I couldn't make it. I wanted to be back home for 4:00, unfortunately there's no way this could happen as the event doesn't start until 2:00.

I hope some of you still go, the drive down through the Peaks is wonderful. There are some lovely B roads through there. Oh
