Airport Tunnels, Wilmslow

In the Tunnels I noticed they have quite a few CCTV cameras. Now imagine for a minute that you tootling along and as you get into the first tunnel, heading towards Wilmslow that you are doing around 40 ish. Now lets imagine again that you drop down into 2nd which now means you are doing roughly 4k RPM and hoof it to the 7.6k RPM limiter, then back off the throttle and then imagine there is a pop, splutter and then a big bang as a flame pops out of the tailpipes. Now imagine you do the same through the next, turn around and head back and do the same again. Would there be anyone watching the cameras and if there is would you get reported if you were to do this ?

The Manchester airport tunnels are fairly well discussed on here.

Does anyone ever do any tunnel runs through the Mersey tunnels? I know they're fairly strict on speeding there though so perhaps not the best of ideas.

Not been in the Mersey tunnels but the fact there are cameras kind of defeats the object.

I took the F430 throught the Mersey tunnels a few weeks ago but could not get the revs up due to traffic and you do have to be careful with plod who are all over it.
