Ok just thought I'd pop this on here, its the first one at the new trafford park exhibition centre,Manchester.
Not only is it the first car show but also one of the very first show's to take place their after being built.

The show is run by CAP who run the Tatton park show's so no doubt will be a huge auto jumble as well.
With it being indoors no fear of bad weather, for once........

It also says free parking. Is this within the Trafford Centre or at the exhibition place itself?

Sorry, I meant I know where it is, but is the free car parking at the exhibition place, or does it mean to park in Trafford Centre car park and walk across.

There is parking at the museum, but as I recall it may not be enough. I reckon this will be pretty busy.
You can easily park in the main centre car parks, there is a covered footbridge over to the "homey" part of the Trafford Centre then it's just a five minute walk to the museum. (When I say "homey", naturally I mean in the homewares shops way, not the ghetto "yo, yo mofo. wot choo doin in my hood?" way)
Incidently, any news on what will be there? I've looked all over for more detailed info, but the best I found isthat certain clubs are there.

If there are any PH-ers there on Sunday don't worry about the small stalker. It may well be my little boy wandering the car parks as well as inside the show. Feel free to say hi, I'll be the chap with the curly handlebar moustache (honest!).
Still can't find any more details though.

Was a little disappointed, wasn't as much as I thought. Loved the restored Aston and the Testarossa. Shame that the biggest stand was the Ferrari replicas!

My sentiments precisely! The Astons were great, the Mercs when you first enter were pretty amazing, a couple of the old Rollers too and some of the restored vehicles were interesting, but what I thought was real bad, as you say, were the "replica" ferraris
My lasting impression though, was that it was a gathering of owners of some great cars sitting around a picnic table having a beer.

I wanted to go to this but couldnt due to other commitments. Sounds like a dodged a bullet. You guys make it sound exactly like the Tatton park show but indoors.

The entrance fee seemed very steep too!

I quite enjoy the Tatton Park show, get to wander around outdoors (Weather permitting) and its a good day out. There was a lot more variety at Tatton than at the event this weekend.

I was also a bit disappointed as when you walk in there are 3 "halls" giving the impression there is quite a lot to look at. But only half of the last hall was used with lots of space between. There also seemed to be more burger vans than auto jumble stalls.

And yes... £10 was steep. Took me all of an hour maximum to walk round which included the majority of the time staring at the Stangs.
