right guys,
as a few of you may remember, i'd organised a piston heads run for the first weekend in december up here in the lake district. those of you that do remember will probably recall the weather we had that week up here!

so, now the snow has gone & the cars are starting to come out of hibernation i'm throwing this one open again, i've got a few cars coming along already (the usual crop of porsche, tvr & lotus) but obviously as always the more the merrier!

sunday the 6th of feb 2011

10:30am start time

route as before starting in the junction 40 area on the m6 with easy access to the motorway at the finishing point.

if you're interested in coming along then post up, & i'll send you the route.

hopefully see you all soon
craig

I'm interested in doing this, would want to see the route first so I can see if I can afford it or not. Worst case, would be nice to come up and see some of the nice machinery which you guys own!

More the merrier slowstig

I've sent out the route that I planned for last month so print that off before you come but obviously the dates on that are wrong-it won't be in December!

As I stated in the previous thread about this there are a couple of options for people to do, depending on what the days like etc but everythings explained in the email-you can make it as long or as short a run as you like.

There you go rocco, you have mail-nice to see one of your 964turbos on the run-we just need a 993 & a 930 to make a set!

As always no posting up in the forum any details of the route, oh & garlick would just like me to point out this is a north west forum meet & has no official link to pistonheads biggrin

Got your email through, thank you for it! I might see about meeting everyone and then just coming down a portion of the route with you all. Well, what i actually mean is BEHIND you all. That way it shouldn't be too expensive for me and means I can come and drool at all the nice cars and leave mine in a corner somewhere.

Sorry about that crags, combination of tiredness, skim reading and dyslexia(not to mention stupidity) caused that slip up, hopefully I wont make that sort of epic cock-up again...

No worries slowstig, the actual route isn't all that far (although quite err, hilly!) so you might not use too much fuel especially if you just do the first half.

I will have a spare seat of you can handle the hard ride in the car over bumps. Can pick up your car later if that works.
