Gyms near Wilmslow area???

Afternoon,

Living in Alderley Edge for 6months so after joining a local gym, normally use JJBs but nearest one is Trafford Centre which is a pain in traffic after/before work.

has to have a pool, a proper weights area and no 12month contract.
So that rules out Total Fitness near Tesco.

Any suggestions??

The Fitness First? at Handforth. Great facilities including indoor runnig track.

I think its Total Fitness with the running track - and its a 12month contract. :-(

Have you tried Energie (behind the BMW/Mini garage) at Dean Row? Not sure about their weights room, but they do do short term contracts.

Energie is cheap as chips as well. Always pushing discounts through my letterbox. Still prefer total fatness though.

What about Wilmslow Leisure Centre.Free weights supposed to be quite good for a Council run gym.

Decent pool.Mind you I train at JJB (DW) Macc and would change for somewhere else anyway,even though

How about Old Hall in mobberley. No 12 month contract and not a bad setup.

It is but it's a toilet. Badly in need of a refurb. Not recommended.

i go to springs lesuire centre at the belfry hotel in handforth, always quiet, no contract and only £33 a month

I was looking at that as I actually live about 5mins walk away!
