Preston not a bad night out, or Burnley if you fancy a shag and/or fight. But lots of pubs, quite the party town these days.

Manchester is pretty cool. There are places similar to pubs in and around Lancaster. Places like The Water Witch and as with any place you go to like the less savoury places Lancaster has to offer. There's even a slightly tidier version of the Fat Scot (if you remember that)!

Fat Scot was all right I recall, less punch ups there than in the trendy bars full of scrotes who couldn't handle their drink.

Get yourself up to Bowness on Windermere, a good night out can be had up there, plenty of pubs, lots of locals wanting a fight (just kidding), no bouncers on the doors throwing their weight around, a couple of clubs, what more do you need? smile

Edited to add, for a full day session its maybe a bit small smile

rofl Have you been to the stags on a Saturday night recently? The stags and the wheelhouse hardly qualify as clubs, and the clientèle are, err, questionable laugh
