Any good eateries to take the missus to for valentines day around that area?

There's a new place just opened. I forget what it's called, looks OK, not tried it though.
I've been to Tom's a few times and it's very good.
I also like the atmosphere in Ego, better for groups than couples though.

Slightly off topic but Tom is opening another place in Southport. I have heard great reports about his Stockton Heath place so looking forward to trying it out.

Yea i tried to get into toms and it was booked. Not surprising really.

I saw that there was a place in southport. That's where I'm from, but SH is near where I live so I'll definitely try one or other of them!

Thai place is quite good---but can imagine it will be fully booked already.

Stockton Heaths "EGO" (meditarian style) is good, and Loch Fyne seafood restaurant is meant to be good.

went to pan y vino in the end, was pretty decent food although the staff seemed a bit haphazard but friendly with it. Have got toms on my list.
