Unsafe MINI - Warrington area

Hi Guys,
This morning on the way to work I followed a 02 plate silver MINI that looked like the left side rear tyre was dangerous. From behind the whole tyre was wobbling on the axle, as if it was missing some wheel nuts. I tried to get the drivers attention but they probably thought i was just some nutter and ignored me.
The car was the lighter silver colour and had body coloured wheel arches and bumpers. It also had blacked out rear lights and blacked out windows. I followed it along Long Lane in Warrington until it turned off onto Hallfields Road. If anyone knows the car or driver can they let them know to check the rear left wheel/tyre.
