Not had my bike MOT'd since I moved here and I'm struggling to find anywhere nearby. Any recommendations?

Off the top of my head D+K on the A34 in Newcastle, but I am sure there will be a place in Holmes Chapel that does em.

Vale motorcycles in Middlewich, 01606 841800. They're on the King Street industrial estate.

Top blokes.

Oh, and you won't get hold of them today because they're shut Mondays. They open 10am-6pm Tues-Sat.

I've used Vale too, got my scooter off them also. Ironically I bumped into Mathew at the Cat n Fiddle this evening! Five minutes from you and its a small place so they need to keep customers happy. Failing that, there's Ace m/cycles up here in Macc.

On a side note, there is a bike club in Middlewich if you aren't already aware, we meet at the Boars Head on alternate Weds - you're more than welcome to pop down next week. smile Its not a hardcore rally club, more of a social club that rides bikes wink

Thanks Barry. Not had chance to ring them yet, but it's now expired so need to pull my finger out..

Thanks for the invite to the Boars Head . I wasn't aware of it so will pop in next week if I get chance.

Was up the Cat myself for first time on Sunday evening, going from Macc side. I tagged onto a couple of other lads on their way up and had friendly chat at the top. Quite glad I had someone to follow actually - it's a cracking road but I can see how it could be easy to overcook things when you don't know the road eek

Its an interesting road for sure biggrin You can't really blame the Plod for being up there so often, as lads are forever throwing themselves into the shrubs...

Always nice to see a new face at the Pub anyway, we can usually be spotted easily enough at the Boars Head, anytime from half eight onwards really. We're a mixed bunch but friendly enough biggrin

I might turn up on my scooter btw, try not to laugh too hard, I use it for work and tend to head over straight from work tongue out
