I wondered if you or you might know someone that would consider investing £6,000 for half share in what could be a very profitable new start-up business business?

The business name is Pasty Paradise or possibly Cornish Delight (not decided yet) but as pasties is only going to be half the stock, the rest being drinks + Cornish biscuits, cakes, clotted cream / scones etc... probably the latter!

The shop will be selling freshly baked handmade Cornish pasties from the award winning Crantock Bakery in Newquay, see their website at: www.crantockbakery.co.uk

I have done extensive research & everyone I talk to agrees that a shop selling freshly baked 'proper' Cornish pasties could do extremely well, you cannot get a freshly baked Cornish pasty anywhere in North Manchester, the only place in the whole of Manchester is a shop in Piccadilly Station.

Then the only other shops are in Chester & York, both are thriving + sell about £10,000 worth of pasties alone each Month, they both have 4 ovens, each oven cooks about 50 pasties every 40 minutes!

Please do not confuse these excellent handmade Cornish pasties with the greasy horrible ones you can get locally in places like Greggs & Sayers that have got slimey filling inside like baby food.

Crantocks have promised me sole territory for the whole of Bury & I have found the perfect newly refurbished shop to rent (only £250 per week) it's just outside one of the entrances to the Millgate Centre that gets 250,000 visitors a week + 3 minutes wak from the famous + very usy Bury market.

I need someone else to invest about £6,000 for a 50% share in the business, my share will be coming from a Barclays business loan, I have got a profit & loss spreadsheet available, a full breakdown of outgoings + a full list of equipment needed (initially I will start off with one oven).

I've also have found a supplier for the drinks, a free £1,000 chiller from Coke-Cola, have had a change of use in principle from the council, found all the equipment suppliers, negotiated 3 months rent free on the shop rent, all the supplies for the shop will be delivered so no need for a company vehicle & have got some very good quotes in for signage / marketing.

I will not to take any salary from the business for 6 months & will be happy to work 12 hours a day for 6 days a week to make the business a success.

I envisage the investor could get their investment back within 6 months, then as a sleeping partner enjoy 50% of the profit which from sales of Cornish pasties, drinks, Cornish cakes, biscuits & crisps + Cornish clotted ice-cream in summer.

As their is a 100% mark-up on the pasties & roughly 50% mark-up on all the other products. Estimated profit selling on average 200 pasties a day & £50 a day on drinks + £50 a dayon other stuff, could be about £1,500 to £1,800 (pre-tax) a WEEK.

The outgoings on the shop per MONTH are about £2,000 which includes rent, business rates, all insurances, Building/Contents/Public liability insurances, water rates, electric etc...

So it's possible that 50% profit each month before tax would equate anywhere from £500 to £2,000 each!

I'm happy to start the business up as a sole trader, joint partnership or as a limited company, I'm also happy for it to be solely in my name or in joint names. A proper legal contract will be drawn up by a solicitor & I will be using an accountant recommended by Barclays.

Yes of course I have applied for loans (business & personal), inquired about grants & alas being 46 I'm not eligible for a Princes trust grant, there is also business grants going for the over fifty's + the best one is interest free business loans, but to muslims only!

I realise doing this advert / offer someone could steal this idea from me, but who could you find with my passion for this business, has found the perfect location & shop + is prepaired to work 12 hours a day for 6 days a week for no salary to make it a thriving business?

Please e-mail me for more info on me & the business at: platet@ntlworld.com or call me at home on: 0161 280 8889.

Regards: Michael

You seem to be giving away an awful lot of your future profits for not a lot of cash.
