You've asked for it and now you've got it. I've just been in touch with the Malthouse http://www.ukeatingout.com/north-west-england/the-... and they're happy for us to meet up on the top car park at 19.30, just as long as there's no idiots please. I'll sort out a route if anyone's interested in going out. Thanks.

Of course this is O.K. Just to reiterate, this new meet, if succesful, is to run alongside the usual Wheatsheaf meet. A few people were asking for a meet nearer to the Chorley area. I enjoy the Wheatsheaf get together and will be there throughout the year, although I won't be able to make this months meet due to being away.

Is this the place near Bottany Bay, if so I've been here before with other clubs and it was a good meet. :-)

Yes, just down the road on the left (if you're coming from the M61 & Chorley direction) by the canal.

The unphased meet is on the same night at the Boatyard just off M65 J3. Perhaps people will yo-yo between the two meets??

I may be out and about, also weather dependent!

"weather dependent"
I'm driving a 22 year old Italian car and will be there, regardless of the weather nuts

I might have a ride up on Thursday. What sort of run are you planning (if any) so I can decide which car to bring?

If you know the area, up over "Rivy", drop down into Belmont, Abbey Village then either back to the Malt House or go & gate crash the German's at the Boatyard laugh
