I'm getting married on Friday April 17th, and unable to find something suitable to take my petrolhead other half the 2miles from home to Wigan registry office.

I think modern limo's are crass, old rolls etc are just dull and "not us" in any way. Anywhere that hires sports cars wants to hire for the full weekend, all seem to be modern sanitised stuff, and I need someone to drive it.

So, does anyone own anything noisy / interesting and fancy it? I'll pay for fuel / time etc naturally. Bonus points for a V8 and willingness to blip throttle biggrin

Failing that, does anyone know a company that offers anything like this?

Thanks in advance!

Ian

Ian,
I've got a Rover P6 V8 in white if you're interested? Failing that, the Integrale with straight through exhaust (have a look at my profile for a photo)?

What time would it be on the Friday? Got a nice supercharged Mustang but I have prior arrangements which means I couldn't do anything before 2:30 ish.

There's a chap on here who lives local with a red Ford F150 Lighting with like a flame grill on the front - that would be top!!

If it was just the one of you, i know a chap with a Westy that'd be up for it.

I went to my wedding in a 996 C4S.

Many thanks for replies, and those that offered.

I didn't think we would have a choice!!! We're now sorted, and he takes payment in bridesmaids which is even better!

(I haven't told him they're all under 10 lol )

Thanks again.
