Hi PHers

Anyone Fancy giving the biking fraternity a Car Show?

Devils Bridge is a good place to meet on a Sunday morning for a brew and a bacon butty - then maybe a run out to the Lakes.

22nd March is a good place to start for all you Lancs / South Lakes Car enthusiasts. Thinking about meeting up there about 11.00 - having a brew and then going for a run out in the South Lakes.

Anyone interested?

Buzz,

Good idea in principle, but by that time Devils, Bridge will be swarming with Bikers, and other than the narrow lane opposite, (which is usually full of sunday drivers) there are not that many places to park a significant number of cars, especially on a nice day..

I agree though that Devils Bridge is a great meeting place and day out.....smile

I'd agree with Wacky Racer. There's no room at all at Devils Bridge unfortunately.

I can't really think of any other locations either. Unless anyone knows of any pubs where bikes meet up?

I know the Longlands Hotel near Carnforth always used to attract a few cars and bikes on a Monday night. Not sure if it still does though?

And if you fancy a run/hoon in that area you'll be held up by bikes on the corners too...

There is usually a small group of TVRs that meet at the Crooklands Hotel a stones throw from Junc 35 of the M6 on the last Sunday at 11am ish.
I will be there on the 29th.
