Now I know that we're probably going to be a little bit biased, but where's the common sense gone these days??? I've heard of similar stories with 3 Sisters, (hence the curfew that events can't start until 10 A.M. on a Sunday) where new families have moved into the area and then complain about the noise! Surely it would have come up in any of the legal searches or the solicitor should have advised? Race circuits have been where they are for donkeys years. Rant over.

They will also complain after closing these attractions down as it will have a knock on affect to the local area - b&bs, small shops, petrol stations will all lose business if the cicuit closes - but they're far to selfish/stupid to consider these things.http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyI...
From reading the thread it seems noise has nothing to do with this case, it's just a handy stick to beat the circuit owner with.
Three people complained. One of them is the ex-wife of the owner of the circuit, the other two are her parents. Is it really a noise nuisance complaint or simply a vindictive attempt to destroy the ex-husband's business?
