Liverpool/Warrington peeps, what mechanic do you use?

Unfortunately I don't really know of any good car mechanics in the area, just wondering who you guys use? I prefer to avoid main dealers and take it to indie garages that know what they're doing

Car is a Focus, if that makes any difference!

ATC in Warrington. Tend to do a lot of work on cars myself, but I've used them several times for suspension geometry setup and they're the only garage I'd take a normal car to for anything else (I'm about to post up looking for Subaru specialists, but that's only because the problem I've got is pretty scooby specific!).

They're proper petrolheads with some interesting cars and very helpful, friendly and won't rip you off

I’ve used ATC for the past 3 MOTs on my Punto. No complaints, they seem like a decent bunch and it’s the first garage in the area I’ve gone back to repeatedly. The red 205gti with the black 1.9 alloys and rollcage looks like fun.

If your willing to visit Liverpool there is a great Garage called "Beechwood" in Seaforth, I have always taken my cars there inc friends etc

Nice one, I will be taking the Elise there this year, done last year in Blackpool where I work.

For the basics I use an old bloke on Norman street Warrington (behind o'malleys gym), buy the parts next door and pay him about 15 quid to do it. He does it while you wait, costs me about 45 quid to do an old change on an elise and get book stamped as well. 01925 244044.
