Really depends a lot on what she's looking for and if she's done anything like it before or not.
If she wants to mainly learn things that apply to normal road driving, such as how to brake in an emergency and coping with oversteer and understeer on the road then http://www.carcontrol.co.uk/skidMain.php is well worth a look. Essentially it's how not to bin the car if you end up in any of those situations following a mistake, rather than how to invoke power oversteer and drift round roundabouts Not in her own car, but I found it a really useful aid to be able to put all this kind of stuff into practice in a controlled situation. Tony is a very good instructor too.
If she is already familiar with all that and it's more a 'got a new car, want to chuck it around and see what happens' then the drift days at Oulton Park are about the only relevant experience I've got (other than take it to a track day and see!). Good fun, instructors on hand to give you pointers and while its a super low grip surface and everything happens a bit more slowly than normal it does give you a feel for how your own car behaves.
