Digital Photography help...

Folks,
I have an old wartime photo which has a crease in the bottom corner, pretty sure this can be shopped out given it's position and lack of colour - I hope

My question is that given;

1) I'm crap at doing this, and don't have photoshop and
2) It's a very old pic that I don't want to lose

...What's the best way of doing this - are there any specialists in the North West area - Preston if it all possible..?
