Scuff removal

While putting the chim in the garage tonight caught the front n/s wheel arch. Scuff / mark approx 1.0" long x 3/16" wide. Seems to have broken through the lacquer but very little paint damage. Dont want to end up having the full wing sprayed. Have tried small amount of T Cut and Autoglym SRP but no joy.
Anybody know any good body / touch up shops around St Helens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
