56 Police Motorbikes on M6

Why i ask, not all training, no limo escort etc, Saturday southbound M6 about 5.00pm aruond Morecambe
junction.
Waste of police facilities ?

They probably each gave him a speeding ticket so he just counted them when he got home.

I also spotted a load of them (at different points) on the M6 in the Midlands, probably helping the round Britain cyclists???

Could be right there, i saw a few of the support vehicles in Lancaster
