Good breakfasts in the lake district

I'm organising a breakfast run on another forum and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good place to finish at and get a hearty fry up in the lake district?

Pubs/cafes/restaraunts and all sorts of greasy spoons welcomed.

Not sure of the opening hours but Holker Hall is pretty good. Got a nice car museum too.

Sadly the car museum isn't as good as you'd hope it to be.

Can't vouch for the brekkies as it was only the museum open when I went
