I'm embarassed to admit the Cougar has only done about 200 miles this year.
I may put the 3:50 Locker back in for fun and we may go to the Nats next year.
Still waiting for my Rim Blow steering wheel to come back from the USA, just running around with a rough spare one at the moment

Great day out, ended up taking the MX-5 as the weather looked a bit grim this morning, turned out to be a fantastic day with superb weather.
It appears every other MX-5 in the NW turned up as well! some stunners in amongst them.

Hybrids, I saw your Cougar mate, but I could not spot you, I got talking to the chap with the Maserati Bi-Turbo Spyder and when I got away you had gone.

Saw a smashing Ultima, actually he parked next to us, sweet car sir!

Even went for a nosey around the hall itself, a very pleasent place indeed.

Thankyou plasticpig, if it wasn't for your thread "is anybody going to this" I would have missed this event, and what a day it turned out to be, some awesome cars and a cracking turn out, although a little hot, for me being folically challanged, the bikes were also brilliant, even the wife enjoyed it, and thanks for the comment athlon, ref the Ultima, give me a yell next time, I am looking into a lightweight 500 at the moment maybe you could point me in the right direction. Great day, looking foreward to next year
