Looks like a good event! www.pageantofpower.com Goodwood of the north ?? They have even built a track.

Tis a tad expensive. Its the first time it has EVER run and could be crap so that would be a hell a lot of money to waste!

yes £25 for an advance ticket for a single day. Thinking about going on the Sunday.

tvr stand so will be there. camping over. have you seen the sheep with ear muffs because of the new noise from the track?

Just booked for this using a code for a discounted ticket. Not sure if I'm supposed to post that on here, so mail me if you want it smile
£20 for the sunday and my kids will be free anyway smile

This event is local to me and sounds really good. In fact it had better be good because my OH has postponed our holiday because he's been asked to take the Blower from Bentley! Apparently there's a champagne marquee so I will be residing in there if the weather is not too kind.

anyone know if it's just a spectator show or are we able to have a go on the made-up track too? cannot seem to find anything on their site regarding this! frown

No chance of getting on the track. Even us display drivers have to jump through a number of hoops... Still, public safety and all that...
