It was getting a little confusing who was meeting where so I figured a new thread was in order.

Myself and the Swanmister will be coming from Preston in a BMW 323. Please let us know who we're meeting.

Tickled Trout petrol station 6pm
blackburnbmw - ??BMW!!
darrenwall - e30 m3

That sounds like a plan, although I'll be on the bike (weather permitting).

I take it that's the southbound Charnock Dick services on the M6?

Where's the meet point there?

Yes, Southbound. How's about just before the petrol station, I'll be easy to spot.

Based on the evidence from the other thread on an inability to cut and paste for many people, was starting a new cut and paste thread either a. A blond moment, or b. Optimism :-)

Surely you mean "Remembers to bring cash/wallet for spending IN the pub tonight"
The "fairer sex" may be able to copy and paste Scottie but in general they do tend to forget their purse with alarming regularity.

So we've identified the part of the brain here that can either be used for copy and pasting OR remembering to bring a small portable money carrying device.

Could you also enlighten us as to which secretarial function shares the part of the brain that is also responsible for parking ability...

Best keep quiet about that, Kirsty can parallel park better than I can... She does drive into concrete fence posts more often than I do too though
