Thought some of you lovely people might be interested in this - looks like a grand day out - The website says there's fast track entry for BMW owners too, get in!! biggrin

Yeah the websites not very clear about it, but I gather its going to be a kind of F1 roadshow thingy with various booths, demonstrations, activities etc. going on. And an F1 car amongst others burning up and down a strip and doing doughnuts etc. Its free too...

I went Sunday morning for a quick look before the GP. Some interesting stuff going on. One thing I saw was them heating some race-suit material up to 500 degrees and the temperature the driver experiences didn't go above 25 nerd You could have a go on the wheel-nut guns, a fuelling system, that sort of thing. I think there were plenty of people who got the shock of their lives when the F1 car nailed it up the "strip" and started doing donuts bouncing off the limiter, there were free ear plugs for everyone (and some well cool BMW headphones for kids) yet there were people lined up right on the fence without them, I think a few of them regretted that one! hehe

More than likely, the only official cars in Live for Speed are the BMW Sauber F1 car, a Formula BMW and some Formula Student thing or something from the US.
