I've used Shane at SFR in the past with 1 of my Chimaeras. No complaints here, nice chap, top job on car and reasonably priced. thumbup

I used Shane when I had my Chim for over 3 years and can agree with the above. Good work, good price, crap tea.

Usual consensus is that SFR is OK though some swear by other indies in Blackpool or Cheshire.

Many thanks guys for your help on this - I decided not to buy the car. It looked in excellent condition & drove well. The 'Aston Martin' green was a bit low key for a Tuscan but it looked good. Only obvious problem was some lines missing from the display panel. I am looking at a later car down south for slightly more cash.

Good to see you've stayed with TVR! After buying your green Chim off you I strayed for a (short) while. Good to be back in one again..........though the Tuscan is a totally different expeience! (The Chim was fantastic by the way!)

Hey Rhys wavey.
Great to here from you! Glad you enjoyed the Green 400. I loved that car and bought my Chim 500 from the same private owner! When he saw mine had sold he called up and offered me his 500.
I have ummed and ahhed about a Tamora or Tuscan and your's looks superb by the way. Id like to get one out of my system but am still loving the Chim. Maybe one day....
