Sorry Rob . . glad you're ok though!

I had a couple of very close calls on the C&F yesterday evening . . had there been anything headed the opposite way, mine woulda been in the same condition.

UPDATE:

Had a call from the insurers inpectors today, the car is a total write-off.
Thought it would be. Bought it in March for £2100 and they valued it at £2k, so only lost £100.

They said that to repair it would cost 3x the value, so £6k to fix it!!!

So on the hunt for a new car now. VW again, but not sure what to get. Fancy a Golf VR6, but I fear they'll clobber me on insurance now.

rofl

Just wanted a cheap runaround at first, 'fraid I put me ahead of the kids. getmecoat

So got to get something a bit more kiddie friendly, so (insurance permitting) Golf GTi/VR6 or maybe a Vento/Bora.

Saw a Lupo this morning, this colour, with a K3* DUB reg and a Kermit sticker on the rear hatch.

Any relation?
