I wondered if any of you chaps would be interested in this?

Here goes

Pistonheads Meeting

The Globe Inn Huddersfield - HD3 3DZ

Saturday October 27th

12pm onwards

The idea is to meet at the Globe around 3pm, have a quick chat, kick some tyres then out for a run which we'll try to change each month

Stop somewhere mid run for some photos and give everyone the chance to regroup then head back to the Globe where we shall feast on a free Buffet provided by Stainless Steve himself, have a drink & a chat

Same as the West Yorkshire meet, please quote and add your name to the list

Jagdpanther
Winstar
Concerned Cat
NCC - Depending on shift rotation wink
Snotrag
Stainless Steve
Speed 8 - Depending on availability
Tybo
Anna_S
Bob The Planner - Dependig on his wallet
little green fairy
AL666
Cooky - Possibley

Any interested parties, stick your names on the list biggrin

Listen, just because West Yorkshire no longer has a recognisable Cricket or football team doesnt give you the right to call us inbred

I'll have you know, the most of Yorkshire Decendants are at least twice removed these days rofl

See you on the 27th (no doubt before too wink)

Isn't this also the NW meet weekend on Sun 28th for the Wheatsheaf crowd.

If so, I don't think I can do both so will have to choose which one, unless everyone from the Wheatsheaf would rather do this meet instead the day before LOL!!

Might be worth suggesting meet on Sat instead and convoy to this?

I'm a possible for this. Which way would the Stockport crew go? If it's the Woodhead then I could ambush you on the way. Though I might stop before I got to Hafilax tongue out

Woodhead sounds good, we could meet at stockport pyramid (m60 jct1) and also meet again at the pub/travel lodge at the end of the m67 and go through tintwistle and into holmfirth...any takers?

that run over the tops from woodhead and into holmfirth is a great road, plenty of twisties and a few walkers to mow down en route...bonus wink

Defiant, eh?

That's fighting talk if you're from these parts.

Haven't you read the rules about fielding a cheese eating surrender monkey car?
