Alrighty chaps

Ive just been speaking with Cooky and we're planning on going to the Renault World Series, which begins next Saturday. We thought we would put the word out and see if we could organise a bit of a PH day out of it??

Our intentions are to take beer and various other items with us, hopefully including a tent, and to have ourselves a bit of a mini Le Mans laugh

If anyones up for it, add your name to the list and we'll see you there

The more the merrier

The basic idea is that we get there, mill about for a bit, get some photos of the action then head to base camp, drink, talk with fellow PH'ers, eat and be merry rofl

Just been over to Hill Farm Camping & Caravan Park, Hill Farm, Moor Lane, Barrow-upon-Trent, Derbyshire, DE73 7HH. As recommended by Lord Summerisle, and I believe that Jagdpanther has already spoken to them too.

There wasn't anyone there, but it is a lovely spot. There are some very nice pitches on either side of the barn, occupied by a couple of caravans and a motorhome, but I could see a track going off to a field with another caravan stored there. It looked ideal for us.

I have reserved three pitches for Scott, Phil and myself. If anyone else wants a pitch, let me know, or call them yourself on 01332 705165.

Hill farm have an 8 acre field with drinking water and a bog we can use (although not too late as its part of a cottage!) and their rates are £5 per person, per night
Yeah, its a seperate toilet/shower room attached to her Bungalow (and where she keeps the dog's food - she has a huge (but very friendly) dog in her yard, behind a little fence it could easily step/jump over if he so wished, but when ever we went in all he wanted was a bit of a stroke and attention) smile
