There is TorqueRVT in Middlewich (Ian) and SFR Engineering (Shane) in Stockport. Both will do a good job for you.

Google is your friend for phone numbers.

Track V Road In Clitheroe. All the lads there are TVR enthusiasts and top technicians. All their work is done at the right price and they give a brilliant service. Theres no messing about either, if they say the car will be ready by such a date, then its ready. Coffee and biscuits are good too.

www.trackvroad.co.uk Tel 08450945350

They look after both our Tuscan and Tamora.

You've got to be very careful in your selection of specialist especially if you have an SP6 engine.

The trouble is that it's very hard to get an objective view of specialist. Negative posts tend to be quickly removed as it only one side of the story. Others only tell you about problems when you mention you had issues.

My issue is that independent specialist can causes problems that in them themselves appear very minor but lead to faults that cost thousands to fix.

My advice is to visit them and look very carefully to see if these companies have the resources to under take or fund a major rebuild if it all goes wrong within a time frame that meets your requirements.

If not then your choice rapidly becomes limited to those specialist with full facilities like TVR Power to rebuild your engine.

My experience has been that a cheap service isn't cheap. If you pm I'll give you my experience of NW specialist.
