I'm off to the Isle of Man on Monday and it'd be handy if the car was nice and clean before it goes on the ferry. Any recommendations of places?

Also, coming up from East London leaving about 1PM, I'm guessing about 4/5 hours. About right for a Monday?

Might be a bit late to catch one open.

I thought I had replied to this already - very strange.

Two hand car washes that I know of in Liverpool, One on woodend avenue which is L24 9 and one on Aigburth road, but it's been a while since I drove past that one, so it may have shut down!

The other poster may be right about it being a bit late to catch one open mind. probably easier all round if you just take it througj an automatic one at a petrol station or maybe one of those jet washes?

Cheers, yes you did Tony, thanks. It was on the thread in GG. Can't see me taking the Ford through an automatic washer to be honest, so I think you're right, it'll be jetwash time....
