Wheatsheaf Mett and run out (Westfields and Pistonheads)

This Thursday (26th?) it's time for the Monthly gathering at The Wheatsheaf on the Rainford Bypass.
7.30 pm onwards with a run out planned if the weather is good.
All PH'ers welcome as usual.....
Yeller V8 westy will be there despite the crunched tub and a few bent bits....Still waiting for my repair date from the factory.

Just seen the weather forecast - lot of rain during the day, but clearing up later. Hopefully if it does rain in the evening it will be light.

WHAAHAYYYY! I can actually come to this one cos I'm on earlies!!!!! Weather permitting o'course, I drive a silly but very economical oil burner so a ride would be nice for a change? Any one got a seat big enough for close to 20stones of happy petrolhead? Well house trained and non smoking! No probs if not I'll just lurk at the back smelling faintly of Diesel!

Rain now cleared and it's brightening up

Maps will be available for run out if you want it. Will need someone to lead and I may need to grab a passy ride as the V8 is now not safe for the run

As it happens though, working away at the moment and not about tonight!

Westy presence will be maintained throughout the year hopefully. Let's face it...Winter can't be any worse than this "summer" has been
