Is there a speed camera on the M62 junction 21 Milnrow?

As above, in the roadworks, 30mph zone.
Mrs Dico reckons she got flashed doing 35mph earlier today. I've just been down to check but couldn't see any cameras.
Anyone know any different?

Been passed several times now and haven't seen one. We think it may have just been a reflection off the white markings now... oh dear!
I think the two week wait is almost as bad as the points!
