So... according to theAA its a 200-250 mile trip taking around 3:30 hrs.

hows about we start say Poplar 2000 services on the M6/M56 junction about for 10ish, leaving 10:30.

maybe stop at Stafford Services at 11:30-11:45...
continue down the M6 (i'm a cheapskate and avoid the toll unless i have to) and next stop - Corley Service Area 12:30-12:45
final stop if wanted Huntingdon Fenstanton Services 13:30-13:45
final push to Snetterton for 14:30

could reduce the stops a wee bit to just Corley - so 2x 2hr or so stints

(even though I'm probably not going)

It makes more sense to redezvous @ Knutsford Services since that's where the Manchester contingent will join the M6

And watch out for the 'we always stop @ X services coz we like their burgers' shoot

Finish off the wounded and eat your young yes

rofl Cheers for the warning... and while Poplar is fine for me, the Knutsford services may be a bit easier for others esp. if coming from the West...

I gather you're talking about going on the Friday? (sorry for the daft question)

Knutsford would be easier, I'll have to try to get the Friday off work.

Edited to say just read the thread on Pistonfest and it is Friday paperbag
