My new car

I collected my baby yesterday from OPC Kendal. I've uploaded some photos to my new fotopic site. I actually took 150 odd photos on the day! I've also got some vids which i will post on You Tube.

The car is as expected - it looks fantastic, sounds fantastic, handles brilliantly.

The route I took was north up the A6 over Shap, then onto Pooley Bridge for food, then south through the Lakes over the Kirkstone Pass and past Windermere, then south on the M6.

I tried to vary my revs in different gears and touched 7000 rpm a couple of times. 2ND GEAR ACCELERATION IS FOOKIN AWESOME!! Its like warp factor 10

No, not fully. When it is, i'll be able to take it right up to 8400rpm!! At the mo i'm running in the gearbox, clutch and tyres. The engine is bench tested at Porsche factory for a good few hours.

Well, I've had the car a week and 2 days now. Mileage is at 382. Bloody fantastic car, very addictive.

It's the A6 over Shap. I got the car from OPC Kendal which is on the A6. Just follow the A6 north through Kendal for a 15 mile drive of your life
