North West Meets

Keep looking on here and you'll see them. They tend to be sporadic. Meets used to be dominated by TVRs but now there's all types of machinery. Look for any thread that says 'Romper'. It's a pub next to Manchester Airport. And more importantly on the road that leads to the runways tunnels! 
Just like on a track - slow in, fast out
There are other meets in the region so just look out for them. Or like Pwig said, attempt to organise one yourself. You wont please everyone as regards date or location, so don't worry about that.

Cheers I will keep an eye out, I am new to the forum and there are lots of different sections but I take it the NW meets will be posted in here ?? or do I need to keep an eye out somewhere else ??

Yes, they're normally in here. Like the man says........If you wanna start a meet thread then away you go.......just call it something like "Who's up for a Romper meet soon?" and see what happens.

I've only been to one but from what people said it's rather weather-dependant. I think there was 7 or 8 cars at the last one which was a bit nippy and there were some threatening-looking clouds, so probably a few more in the summer. I'm always up for meet-ups - assuming I don't have anything else planned for the day (which would be unusual, I don't plan much in advance) then I'll come along even if it's snowing and there are only 3 of us
