Elan rag-top repairs needed

One of my colleagues has an Elan M100. His rag-top has couple of small (less than 2" splits in it where the roof mechanism folds it (evidently this is a common problem). It needs a couple of reinforcing patches sewing into it therefore.

Does anyone know anywhere in the Midlands of North West where he might get this done?
