Ok,Start of Meet, will be at;

THE OLDE HOUSE HOTEL (Was Trading post)
Loundsley Green road,
Newbold,
Chesterfield,
S404RN.


Meet time is 11am i have sorted Bancon sandwich each at 3 squid each!

We will start the drive at 11.30 sharp!ish.

Should be at the Lunch stop for 1.45 ish
Lunch at the Highest pub in Britan Cat and Fiddle.

Should get back to Olde house for a swif drink,and then back to hotels etc,get ready for evening jobby!think we should be out for around 7,30 pm meet at Wheather spoons,opposite the Main Church in town!

Ok just a couple of silly things,

DRIVING,
1,Could we all drive to our own limits ,and not the cars infront of you!
2, If you think the car behind would like to pass you ,let them ,but please let them know this!And indicate.its the one that makes your yellow light flash
3,But please all take care!lots of it as there is a large group!
4,As we are a large group,if you look in the mirror and can not see the car behind you please wait at next junction for them!this way we should not lose anybody!

Is anyone from Warrignton going to this ?? not sure how to get to Chesterfield .. as I havn't lived in the area long and being female I am crap at maps etc

What kind of cars are attending ?? don't want to be left behind in my clio

My car is slower than yours Admittedly I might be better on the bends if I adjust my shocks to bad back inducing stiffness. I have done the Cat and Fiddle in a 4.2 XJS and my Scimitar. I would reckon the XJS was quicker.

As for getting to Chesterfield from Warrington its easy.

Get on the M56 heading towards Manchester. Join the M60 heading towards Stockport. Get off the M60 at junction 1 and follow the signs to the A6/ Buxton. Continue along the A6 until you reach a roundabout where the first exit is signposted Chesterfield and the second exit Buxton after that follow the signs!

Hi Frazer, Dot and I certinly will not be trying to keep up with any nutters. We are going for a "spirted" drive, not a dangerous one as I'm sure most of the others are. I don't think you need to rent another car as I'm sure that your beautiful Jag will do just fine.
