I'm picking my brother up from Heysham on Wednesday afternoon and heading down the M6 to the South Coast in my Chimaera. We're booked into the Medway travelodge for Wednesday night then getting on the 10.40 Speedferries crossing on Thursday morning.

It's getting close now.....

We are setting off mid-morning on the Wednesday but staying in a Travel lodge near Canterbury overnight. Catching the 07.00 Speed Ferry from Dover to Boulogne on Thursday morning.

Ferry now booked 10am Thursday Dover Dunkrk leaving Manchester at about 4.00 am.
