It's taken times and not a little distress, to work out that we here on the north west coast & hinterland, with several weather monitoring places, get a poor deal when it comes to predictions.

They are invariably wrong.

I tried to complain but they anticipate your complaint.

I got on the weather message board but it is SO HARD to log on and then IMPOSSIBLE to se duration end a message at certain times

... moderators need sleep and the NHS can do without weather addiction ( ?latin medical term? ) to add to the piss heads tha\t would normally frequent the lines.....

and now, after today, I come to terms with the fact that we have TOO MANY spotting stations in nthe area to get an accurate prediction

This morning, Liverpool and north west would have a shiny sun logo from 09.00 to 13.00 at least. Joke! I tried to join the message boards and sent an email tobbc but there you go.

We had our walk, around Stonyhurst, alongside the rivers, through rain, sleet & mud, between 11.15 & 14.00, and I could not describe the skies as

cloudless

so, Aunty, Wassup?!

The clouds I saw overhead from 06.15 to when we left at 10.00 meant Bluey stayed at home, plus the weather stayed rainy/hail & cloudy till Preston at 15.15 and thereafter

Here in Crosby, 5 miles north of Liverpool but in FACT more closer to where the bbeb takes her "Liverpool" figires from, it has been rainless since we got home as above

Too ferkin clever by half these computers.

Technology my arse!!
