Has anyone used NWS for Defender service

My Defender 90 is due a service and I have found NWS in Whitchurch, and wondering if anyone has used them for a Defender 90 (TD5) service and would you recommend?

Ive always used LandRanger for all my LR requirements, firstly the branch in Atherton and more recently the one in Middlewich. Always find them fairly priced and honest.
