Can anyone locate this church please ?

I am hoping that the collective knowledgeable members might be able to help me.
I am trying to find out the name and location of this church:

.

I believe it will be in the north west area UK. The picture is I think from the late 50s to early 60s or so. I have tried looking it up.....but cant get it
Any help will be greatly appreciated

THANKS greatly. As you seem to think its close in design but not the church. I think this after looking at some other pictures I found on the place and particularly the map/ streetview thing

I realise the photo is perhaps approaching 60 years or so old and churches change. The tower is one of the closes I have seen though
Thanks again

St Marys and All Saints Church in Great Budworth?

Rubbish at linking but looks a good match.

Again the style is similar but there are some major differences in the steeple block.
The entrance arch is at a different point to the steeple. The brickwork looks darker.
I think the one the first reply mentions is probably likely to be the colour of the brickwork in mine ie a sandstone type

Any idea where in the Northwest? Might narrow it down a bit.

Sure

That church without question is:
St Martin’s Bladon, Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

Where Winston Churchill is buried....

Dear Andrew Crown
Thank you very much I looked it up and from this google view I think its without question the church.
It's completely thrown me. The photograph was one I found amongst my fathers stuff and I have always thought it was somewhere in the North West. I assumed it would have some direct family connection to my father.
Thank you again

I'm really sorry its taken me by surprise as I was sure it would be North West England
Funny isn't it how so much of the architecture is very similar

THIS absolutely
I had asked the same question on some church related websites with no results. Admittedly I was confident of it being in the North West but its interesting that Pistonheads gets it almost straight away. I am genuinely grateful to Andrew above who worked out where it was.
His explanation was interesting too. Thanks again to anyone who looked in on this thread.
