House Movers

Hello all,

I'm moving house shortly and need someone to help me with the big stuff, sofa, dining tables, lots of boxes, etc.

There's only me and I'll be doing some of the donkey work, via the Disco.

Rather than just taking a chance, via a quick google, anyone got any recommendations?

Why aren’t you using a removal firm or man and van OP?

I'm sure if you look in your local paper there will be plenty of ads for 2 men and a van etc, they usually don't charge much, sometimes cheaper than actually hiring a van yourself, however if you have any expensive gear, make sure they are fully insured.

Right I'm in Stockport, moving to near Warrington.
A quick Google shows a few dozen candidates. Basically, just after a recommendation, or ones to avoid.

Oh and good shout on the insurance. Hadn't thought about that!
