Corner House Classic meet
Discussion
What a turnout last Sundays meet was at the Corner House pub in Wrightington, not only was the car park packed full to the rim, but so too was the main road, with barely any space to park close by. The weather certainly brought them out of their hibernation.
Lots of interesting motors I'd not seen previously, and another E-Type that I'd not seen before (I think I must've seen about a dozen different E-Types at this one meet the times I've been; shows there are plenty of them around). The grey Ferrari California Spider caught my eye, which I was surprised to see. However, dvla shows up as being a BMW, so a replica?. Not sure if it's accurate, but I did note the bonnet looked rather short compared to the yellow one I'd seen at last years Ormskirk Motorofest (which was a re-bodied I believe), and the number of side vents where shorter. Apart from that, from pics of real ones I've seen it looked pretty authentic to me.
